Orders, pricing and availability
All product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information and to cancel or limit orders in our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount charged for cancelled items in accordance with our refund procedures.
Payment and taxes
Payment is collected at time of purchase. Applicable taxes depend on the delivery address and are added at checkout. It is your responsibility to pay any duties, taxes or fees required by your jurisdiction when ordering from outside Canada.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times after shipment are typically 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States, though actual transit times may vary with carriers and destination. Shipments may arrive in multiple packages.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns of unused, original-packaging items within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued after inspection and are processed within seven business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All content on our site is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Materials provided for browsing and purchasing are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, corelledinnerware Store is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our services or products. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific item.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada where applicable. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario unless otherwise required by law.
