Ordering and product details
Each product page lists the pieces included and any key specifications we have on hand. If a product’s description lacks the detail you need, please contact us before purchasing. We’ll confirm materials, sizing and safe use instructions where we can.
Shipping and timelines
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery inside Canada generally takes 3–7 business days after the shipment date. International delivery timelines vary and are noted at checkout for applicable orders. Items in a single order may ship from different locations and can arrive in separate packages.
Returns, exchanges and warranty
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the merchandise and are processed within seven business days of approval. Shipping charges for the original delivery are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, contact us right away so we can advise how to proceed.
